Hotel Block & Room Rates

APHSA negotiated a block of rooms for our attendees and will close on Friday, September 20, 2024. Please make your reservations prior to this date to obtain the discounted conference rates. Once the block closes, the hotel will accept reservations based on current availability. However, the rate may be higher than the negotiated block room rate.

NOTE: In years past, we've experienced sold-out hotel block reservations for our conferences. We encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible!

Standard Group Rate:

$189/Night + Tax (currently 15.625%) + $25 Amenity Fee per night (fee includes parking, access to the outdoor pool and hot tub, access to the fitness center, and WiFi.)

Government Per Diem Rate*:

$141/Night +Tax (currently 15.625%) + $25 Amenity Fee per night (fee includes parking, access to the outdoor pool and hot tub, access to the fitness center, and WiFi.)

* NOTE: Government IDs will be required for government reservations.

Use of Debit Cards

When an individual uses a bank debit card to pay for their hotel room, the hotel may secure all funds for the entire reservation at the time of check-in, plus a small fee per day for incidentals.

Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations must occur 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty charge.

APHSA is not utilizing any third-party housing companies for hotel reservations for our conference. To ensure your comfort and security and to avoid any potential issues with unauthorized providers, we strongly encourage you to book your accommodations exclusively through the official links provided by our association on the conference website. Please be vigilant and avoid making reservations through any unknown housing or travel company claiming to be associated with our event. The only secure and verified way to book your stay is directly through the official channels we have established.
