Government Per Diem Rate:
$141/Night +Tax or prevailing per diem
APHSA has negotiated a block of rooms for conference attendees – the standard rate is $189, and the government per diem rate is $141, plus applicable taxes (currently at 15.625%) and a $25 Amenity Fee per night (fee includes parking, access to the outdoor pool and hot tub, access to the fitness center and WiFi.) A government ID will be required for government reservations. Reservations can be made directly with the hotel using their secure online portal by clicking on the “Book Hotel Room” button.
The hotel block will close on Friday, September 20, 2024. Please make your reservations prior to this date to obtain the discounted conference rate. Note: In years past, we've experienced higher-than-normal hotel reservations for our conferences. We encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible. Once the block closes, the hotel will accept reservations based on current availability. However, the rate may be higher than the negotiated block room rate.
Use of Debit Cards
When an individual uses a bank debit card to pay for their hotel room, the hotel may secure all funds for the entire reservation at the time of check-in, plus a small fee per day for incidentals.
Cancellation Policy
All reservation cancellations must occur 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty charge.
